There are 14 priority proposals for digital protection created by young people from across the country

IEPS, published on August 25, 2026.

This Guide, developed by the Institute for Health Policy Studies (IEPS), Juntô Jovem, and the Mixed Parliamentary Front for the Promotion of Mental Health (FPSM), presents 14 proposals developed by a group of 24 young internet users and analyzed by communication and technology experts, with the aim of supporting decision-makers in the implementation of the Digital ECA (Statute of the Child and Adolescent) with a view to protecting mental health.

In addition to the proposals, the Guide compiles research data, evidence from the literature, national and international regulatory references, interviews with 24 young people from different regions of Brazil, and technical analysis of the functioning of digital platforms, with the aim of contributing to the implementation of the Digital ECA.
